Ripunjoy Gogoi: Yes, personal cloud is a very capable backup solution when there is at least one laptop and smartphone in every home with almost every person. There is always a threat of data getting corrupted. Sometimes the data cannot be retrieved. With a centralized backup solution such as NAS, the data is not only secure but easily retrievable.

The first and most important thing is that you own your backup data on the personal cloud, which is in NAS at your home or office. If your data is stored with any cloud services, then your data is not in any unknown location, the data is at your office or home. Due to personal cloud in the form of a NAS, the owner is given flexibility so that he can extend HDD according to his NAS requirement, if at least 2 bay NAS also has an option to expand HDD to 12 TB / which means there can be 12 x 2 = 24 TB data in the lowest 2 bay NAS. ASUSTOR NAS also has facilities like ‘Exclusive My Archive Storage Technology, My Archive which provides unlimited storage for your cool data to allow flexible storage management. In fact, the Personal Cloud was supplemented with various entertainments and security features which have been bundled with NAS. By setting up NAS as Cloud Storage, companies have largely been benefited in terms of:

  1. Top flight performance, enhanced productivity
  2. Cross-platform multi-device access for limitless file sharing
  3. Efficient network management tools
  4. Versatile expandability allows the NAS to grow along with the business

Ripunjoy Gogoi: This answer is partly included in your previous query. Yes, I believe that the acceptance of SME and NAS’s favorability is high. Increasing demand for end users is encouraging the development of the consumer and SME NAS market to store large amounts of data at low cost compared to cloud-based storage. Innovative services provide remote access to data storage via Internet or LAN connectivity at home and help businesses on small scale to access information at a nominal cost in the global market. We are offering many features with modern equipment which simplify user interaction with these devices at an affordable cost with high reliability and security.
