Samsung-backed education technology firm TagHive Inc., a leader in AI-driven classroom solutions, has been selected as a 2025 Solver Team in the prestigious MIT Solve Global Learning Challenge for its flagship solution, Class Saathi. Out of over 2,900 global submissions from more than 130 countries, TagHive emerged as one of only 31 Solver teams, recognized for its transformative impact on education.
Solve, an initiative of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) launched in 2015, is a collaborative global problem-solving platform dedicated to advancing the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The world’s first AI-powered learning and assessment solution based on proprietary Bluetooth clickers and SaathiGPT, Class Saathi revolutionizes classroom engagement and personalizes learning experiences.
Deployed in over 15,000 classrooms and impacting more than 500,000 students worldwide, TagHive’s flagship product, Class Saathi has demonstrated measurable results, including threefold improvements in learning outcomes, a 9–15 percent increase in subject scores, and a 70 percent reduction in assessment time. The platform has proven equally effective in top-tier private schools and government schools across India. Institutions such as Vasant Valley International School in Delhi, St. Xavier’s High School in Bhubaneshwar, The Assam Valley School in Tezpur, and The Emerald Heights International School in Indore, along with deployments across Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, West Bengal, and Tripura, have adopted Class Saathi to create interactive classrooms and generate real-time insights, all without reliance on internet or electricity.
As part of the MIT Solve program, Pankaj Agarwal, Founder and CEO of TagHive Inc., was invited to New York City to pitch Class Saathi before an audience of more than 200 philanthropists, global leaders, and investors during the Solve Challenge Finals, held at the start of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) and Climate Week. In addition, TagHive will participate in MIT Solve’s nine-month support program, gaining access to mentorship, additional funding opportunities, expert guidance, and a global network of partners to accelerate growth.
“Being selected as a Solver in the MIT Solve 2025 Global Learning Challenge is a proud moment for all of us at TagHive,” said Pankaj Agarwal, Founder and CEO, TagHive Inc. “It validates our mission to make high-quality education universally accessible — especially in India where diverse classroom environments demand flexible and scalable solutions. We look forward to collaborating with the MIT Solve community to scale our impact globally.”
Leveraging the MIT Solve platform, TagHive plans to introduce advanced AI capabilities such as generative question creation, AI-powered whiteboards, deep learning insights, and multilingual content support, with a focus on tailoring solutions to diverse linguistic and regional contexts worldwide.
